Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Luxe Moments Collective, significant time, planning, and preparation are invested into each event and experience. Because of this, the following cancellation and refund policy applies.

 

All deposits and retainers are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a signed service agreement.

 

If a client cancels a booked service, any payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit may be refunded at the sole discretion of Luxe Moments Collective, less any expenses, fees, materials, reservations, or work already completed.

 

If a client requests to reschedule an event, Luxe Moments Collective will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the new date based on availability. Rescheduling is not guaranteed.

 

For rental items, custom products, gift boxes, digital products, personalized items, floral arrangements, cakes, catering items, or other custom-made goods, refunds are generally not available once production has begun.

 

In the event that Luxe Moments Collective must cancel services due to circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, venue closures, government restrictions, or other force majeure events, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule services or provide an appropriate credit where possible.

 

Any exceptions to this policy must be agreed upon in writing.
