Processing times vary depending on the product purchased.

Handmade, custom, personalized, or made-to-order products may require additional production time.

Certain specialty products, custom projects, wedding-related items, floral products, gift boxes, and large orders may require several weeks or even multiple months to complete before shipment.
Estimated production timelines will be provided whenever possible. However, production times may vary based on order volume, material availability, customization requests, and seasonal demand.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If a package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the damage. We will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
