At Luxe Moments Collective, we take pride in creating unique products and experiences. Because many of our items are custom-made, personalized, or digital in nature, our return policy varies by product type.
Digital Products
Due to the immediate delivery and downloadable nature of digital products, all sales are final. Digital files, templates, guides, planners, checklists, and other downloadable products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.
Personalized & Custom Products
Custom products, personalized items, gift boxes, floral arrangements, cakes, catering items, and made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun.
If a custom item arrives damaged or contains an error caused by Luxe Moments Collective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
Non-Custom Physical Products
Eligible non-custom physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.
Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
